As an online venue notepourri is open 24/7. However we do keep normal business hours for those wanting to reach us via phone or e-mail. Our telephone hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 6pm.

Personalized products cannot be returned. Products that are not personalized can be returned within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied for a store credit.

notepourri uses USPS firt class and USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

notepourri uses USPS First Class International. Once shipped most international orders take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Can orders be rushed? TOP

Yes! Upon placing an order if you need a rush delivery please e-mail us. We will send you an invoice for the shipping upgrade charge. Please take note that no orders ship until full payments are made.
